The Broomfield Family Dentistry Membership Plan can save you money on treatments all year long.
With our plan, we can promote oral health by making dentistry affordable to those without an employer-provided benefit plan. This is NOT an insurance plan, and it is not a third party Discount Plan. We’ve taken many of the best aspects of insurance plans and stripped away the confusing rules and restrictions.
There are:
NO waiting periods
NO pre-existing conditions
NO yearly maximums
NO deductibles
NO pre-authorizations
What does the plan include?
Our Standard plan, for Adults, Children (16 and under), and Seniors (55 and older) includes:
- 1 dental cleaning every 6 months
- An oral cancer screening with every cleaning
- 1-2 comprehensive exams per year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency exam with x-rays per year (if needed)
- 1 fluoride treatment per year
AND
- Up to 15% off the cost of ANY needed treatment.
We also have a plan specifically for those with gum (periodontal) concerns with more extensive periodontal maintenance.

We’re happy to offer a 5% discount with 2 family members enrolled, and 10% off with the enrollment of 3 or more family members.
